Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Noon علّمني, we understand that unexpected circumstances may sometimes affect a student’s ability to attend a scheduled session. To ensure fairness to all students and instructors, please review the following cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy.
1. Private Live Sessions
For private live sessions, students may request to cancel or reschedule a session. The request must be communicated to Noon علّمنيat least one day before the scheduled session.
When sufficient notice is provided, the session can be rescheduled to another available time.
Requests made on the same day of the session may not be accepted for rescheduling, and the session may be considered missed.
2. Group Courses
For group courses, scheduled live sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled for individual students, as the sessions are arranged for the entire group and follow a fixed schedule.
If a student is unable to attend a live group session, they may access the recorded session, when recording is available, to catch up on the missed content.
3.Cancellation & Refund Policy
Students may request to cancel their enrollment and receive a refund before the course starts.
Once the course has started, refund requests will not be accepted, regardless of the number of sessions attended or missed.
Once a student has accessed or started the course, the enrollment is considered active and non-refundable.
4. Late Arrival to Live Sessions
Students are expected to join their live sessions on time.
Late arrival is not accepted as a reason for extending or rescheduling the session.
Any time missed due to late arrival cannot be compensated or added to the end of the session.
Students are responsible for joining the session at the scheduled time.
5. Important Note
By enrolling in a course at Noon علّمني, the student or parent/guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy.
